Our experienced coaching staff are ready to help you learn everything you need to know to complete your first triathlon or to enhance your triathlon experience.

Two series to choose from:

  • May 12 – Tri 101 Series I

  • June 30 – Tri 101 Series II

Each series runs 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings. Classes include instruction and training from 6-8:30pm.

Are You Ready to Tri?

Learn everything you need to know about completing a triathlon. Learn valuable skills and find out how a triathlon is done.


How to enter and exit the water, put on and take off a wetsuit, work on sighting in open water and stroke analysis with Coach Cherilyn Suiter.


Coach Rob Kilcup will teach you bike handling skills, how to change a flat, how and when to change gears, to use clip-in pedals and transitioning from bike to run.


Develop cardio fitness and mental toughness working with Coach Tony Williams and his signature Always Running Learn-to-Run Program. Biomechanical assessment, shoe shopping, injury prevention and training theory.
